With less than a week until Christmas, we’ve had our last big auction weekend for 2017 – 1,190 auctions were held with a clearance rate of 70%.
Sales will be fairly quiet now through to mid to late January, but there are always opportunities for motivated buyers and sellers. If you’re in the market, make sure your local office knows that you’re available to view properties and make a decision during January.
While the sales market takes a bit of a break, this time of year is traditionally one of the busiest for our property management teams.
