Tracey Dean has been in real estate since 2006, and boasts a sales record that speaks for itself. She became the youngest ever director at her previous agency, due in no small part to her incredible business acumen, drive and people skills. After moving up the ranks from PA reception work to property management and sales to franchise liaison, opening her own office was the next logical step for Tracey, who turned it into a thriving enterprise in no time and will doubtless do the same at Greg Hocking Footscray.

Her hard work ethic comes courtesy of her mother, who taught Tracey to give 110% to everything she does. Tracey takes a holistic approach to every transaction, helping clients achieve the results they’re after and then some.

Tracey’s perfectionist streak serves her well in real estate, as does her familiarity with the area in which she works. “I love Footscray as I have seen it evolve my whole life,” she says. “It’s very different to when my Nonna used to take me to Saigon market to get her fresh vegetables and meat.” She appreciates what the suburb now has to offer, and can often be found walking the vibrant streets of Footscray, dining in a cool cafe or enjoying a drink in one of the eclectic bars.

Tracey is also extremely tech savvy. One month, Tracey was recognised for making the most sales out of her entire network. “This was exhilarating to receive as I have worked hard and dedicated myself to a job that I have so much passion for” she says.

Proud wife and mum to four beautiful boys and a miniature schnauzer called Prince, Tracey appreciates having a job that is flexible around her family demands while providing a different challenge every day. Outside of her stellar work in real estate, her community work includes raising money for Wesley College (where her kids attend school) and Western Health, as well as donating blood to the Red Cross. She’s a mad Western Bulldogs supporter (she was lucky enough to take the family to see the Doggies win the 2016 Grand Final at the ‘G) and owns a pub in the Western suburbs, where she loves to host friends and clients.
