With more than a decade of real estate experience, Sara Eltham brings a personable and professional approach to her role as Rental Department Manager at Greg Hocking Elly Partners.

Leading the property management teams at our Williamstown, Yarraville and Altona offices, Sara’s passion for the industry, her role and people is always evident – whether she’s dealing with clients or colleagues. Confident, approachable and easy to get along with, Sara’s focus is giving her team the tools, training and support they need to succeed and deliver an outstanding customer experience every time.

With personal experience as a landlord, a tenant and a homeowner, Sara has a strong command of all aspects of property management and is skilful at devising solutions that meet the needs of all parties.

Having lived locally for more than five years with children at local schools, she’s an active member of the local community and an advocate for the fantastic lifestyle the area provides.
