We decided to use Greg Hocking having had excellent results when we bought through them and then appointed them to manage the property. We met with Max who was incredibly enthusiastic about the property from the beginning. We loved that but also thought he was a touch over-optimistic on price. We were gladly proved wrong - he knew the market intimately, particularly for the 1930's style properties, arranged a stylist we could work with to optimise the property, kept us well informed , promptly addressed any issues and in the end , had it sold before the marketing commenced. If selling again we'd be talking with Max first and last - he's bloody good and trustworthy.
