An experienced member of the Greg Hocking Elly Partners team, Annetta Labb has worked in property management in Melbourne’s real estate industry for more than seven years.

Personable and professional, Annetta’s love of property was sparked during her time working as location manager in Melbourne’s film and TV industry. Dealing with stakeholders including rental providers, local councils and insurance providers and liaising with trades regarding construction, repairs and maintenance, this experience means she’s able to take the fast pace and quick thinking required of property managers in her stride.

A strong communicator and negotiator, Annetta enjoys working with her rental providers and renters to achieve win-win outcomes. Her strong administrative skills and ability to react quickly when issues arise allow her to fix problems fast, keeping all parties updated.
